Picahotte’s Back Story

Josh’s favorite snack in the US was salsa and chips. He moved to Barcelona in 2019, and there was no good salsa anywhere. So he started making his own. He brought it into the office to share with friends, and they loved it. He made more, and eventually started to brand it - thus Picahotte was born.

After some time, he expanded to start making other home crafted, small batch goods, from pickled veggies and hot cocoa to oils, mustards, and jams. All with their own unique spicy contributions.

Craft batches are still the focus for Picahotte today, with delivery limited mostly to in person, in Barcelona. Exceptions can be made for large custom batches, so if you would like to customize some goods for a unique event, please reach out to us directly.
